reception services open at 9.00 a.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Times are allocated soon after 9am for interviews between 10am and
2.30pm.

Appointments
are made on a first come, first served basis each day. Due to the high
levels of demand you are advised to attend and queue at least one hour
before our publicised opening hours.
If you are unable to see an adviser during our opening
hours, you may be invited back for an appointment either later on the
same day, or on another day that week - day and evening appointments may
be available.
