We will see clients on a first come first served basis.

Clients will be offered a 10 minute interview with our assessors on MONDAYS, TUESDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS between 9.45am and 12.30pm, and on THURSDAY AND FRIDAY MORNINGS between 9.45am and 12pm. THIS SERVICE WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE AT THESE TIMES.

The nature of the problem will be assessed, information will be provided and/or an appropriate appointment will be made at another time. 

Where an appointment is necessary, it may be face to face or by means of a telephone call back from an adviser, if suitable.  

Alternatively, we may offer you information or suggest other organisations that may be more appropriate to help you with your enquiry. 

In addition, our receptionists can help you find information, leaflets and factsheets that may answer your question. 

The service is available to people who live, work or study in the London Borough of Barnet.

Due to high demand we may not be able to provide all clients with a gateway assessment during advertised hours. In this case, you may be asked to return to the next gateway assessment session. The receptionist, however, will be happy to assist you with any leaflets that might be of use. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.

Monthly: Solicitors' appointments available at various times throughout the month.
