the national association of Citizens Advice Bureaux, and by
the Legal Services Commission (LSC).
The quality of advice and governance was audited by Citizens
Advice and the Legal Services Commission in March 2006 and
found to be of good and improving quality.
Specialist Casework marks have also been awarded by the Legal
Services Commission for Benefits, Debt and Housing
