Barnet CAB Services is regulated by Citizens Advice, which is the national association of Citizens Advice Bureaux, and by the Legal Services Commission (LSC).

The quality of advice and governance was audited by Citizens Advice and the Legal Services Commission in March 2006 and found to be of good and improving quality.

Specialist Casework marks have also been awarded by the Legal Services Commission for Benefits, Debt and Housing

Feedback about our website should be made in the first instance to the Barnet CAB Website Editor.

If you feel you've not received a satisfactory response from the Website Editor, you can make a complaint to the Chief Executive of Barnet CAB.

Both Citizens Advice and the LSC have their own complaints facilities, details of which can be found on their websites.

Barnet CAB Service has been awarded the Community Legal Service Quality Mark from the Legal Services Commission.
